Income vs Growth
Investment funds fall into two categories: income and growth. An income fund typically provides investors with consistent monthly income from either dividends or preferred returns, while a growth fund seeks to grow the original sum invested as much as possible or by a set amount. Kingsbarn has both income and growth funds that provide real estate investors with the ability to accomplish both of these objectives.
Purpose of Dividend Fund
The proceeds invested in Kingsbarn’s True-Yield® Real Estate Dividend Fund are utilized to fund the acquisition of real property for Kingsbarn’s various investment programs. The invested capital is typically used as part of the capital stack between the first mortgage and the equity provided by the Sponsor. The Fund-related property acquisitions are for all types of company investments including private placements, DSTs, Opportunity Zone Funds, and development projects.
