Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital Announces Katelen Weisenberger as Regional Vice President of Central California

San Diego, California, January 15, 2021 – Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital is pleased to announce the addition of Katelen Weisenberger as regional vice president for central California. In her new role, Weisenberger will be responsible for developing new business relationships and promoting simplified 1031-exchange solutions offered through the company.

Prior to Kingsbarn, Weisenberger led a business development program at an INC. 500 software company where she was instrumental in quadrupling the company’s size. With experience in real estate litigation and direct brokerage work, her clientele portfolio boasts private individual investors and large corporate agricultural owners. Her successful transactions, paired with a passion for the industry, give her a well-rounded view of the central California market - specifically fulfilling creative transactions which are highly valued in today’s real estate investment scene. Weisenberger holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Pre-Law Certification with honors from California State University, Fresno, as well as a Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law.
